Be Wary with Swimming Pool Supplies
I was standing in the lobby one afternoon after church services when my friend approached me and asked, “Hey, you have a pool right?”That was the last straw; I’m not going to buy any pool chemicals or any type of pool equipment for that matter from the church lobby. As they always say, you get what you pay for. I guess that also applies to swimming pool equipment. I said yes and he started telling me about his friend who owns a pool. His friend owns chlorine pucks in plastic pails and unfortunately, these have been sitting out in the weather for quite a while and so he cannot sell these at full price. He was selling it for a discounted price do fifteen dollars each. These are originally priced at over forty dollars. I told him that I’m fine taking a couple of buckets. He brought the chlorine to my house, I gave him the payment and he left. When I opened the buckets and used the chlorine, let’s say I’m grateful that I’m still here typing what just happened. The chlorine pucks melted the plastic wrappers and worse, the stench was gross. Swimming Pool Supplies
I continue to use the pucks from the old chlorine buckets I purchased. I just have to wear a mask whenever I open the bucket lid. I really should have known better than to mess around with swimming pool supplies. My background and experience is in the hazardous chemicals division of the transportation industry so this was a very self-effacing experience for me. That’s why from now on I’m going to the pool equipment experts at a new website I found called 1800pools.com. If you’re serious about looking for a good pool equipment supplier, then these are the people you should be dealing with. Fortunately, I came across this site and frankly, I am very impressed with what I’ve seen. It doesn’t matter which pool equipment you’re looking for – pool liners, pool cleaners, pool pumps or pool filters – it’s all here, you don’t need to look any further.
I’ve lost all my patience with the local pool store. These guys are really cool and they really know their jobs; plus they care about you, your family and most of all, your safety. Each time I go in there, I get this weird look from them as if they’re telling me that there’s no way I can do anything about my pool. They want me to pay them to come and do everything for me. Well, at 1800pools.com they assume that you are a highly intelligent person who is capable of almost anything. Heck they even have a video tutorial on how to install a below ground pool kit. That’s how much confidence they have in people like you and me. Now that’s extraordinary service.1800pools.com will exceed your expectations. I’m sure of that because it never ceases to amaze me whenever I go there. Pool Filters
